The attached flyers outline the destination and the general activities. At this point, Half Moon Bay YC is still working on the details (i.e. exact menu and prices). We should have this information by July and our sign up sheet will be posted in August.

Once the signup sheet goes out, The Cruise Chairs will make the food reservations (as a group). We will also attempt to group all of the OYC boats onto Moorings in the Bay so that we are in close proximity to each other.

If anyone wants a berth in the Pillar Point Harbor, they should reserve that directly, on their own, and call 650-726-5727 for the Harbormaster.

All monies for dinners, etc will be paid in cash by the participants.

We will provide an additional “Info Sheet” with the signup sheets.

Some anticipated details are that we will meet at the Golden Gate at 1000 on the 4th of September. It is anticipated that it will take about two hours from the OYC Marina to the gate but each skipper is responsible for setting their own clock. We will start our return early on the 6th of September.

There are some members that are going down on Thursday or Friday.
