Jim Jessie will lead a seminar on how you can survey your own yacht. Jim surveyed the Monitor and the Merrimac back in the day, though he will fess up to only 40 years of experience. So bring your comments and questions, and try to stump Jimmie on September 11th in the Regatta Room. Coffee and donuts will be provided.

• Masts, rigging, chain plates

• Deck hardware, trip hazards

• Mooring cleats, chocks, cockpit visibility
