NOTICE OF RACE

Open to members of:
Aeolian YC, Alameda YC, Catalina 34 Fleet 1, Encinal YC Island YC, Oakland YC, South Beach YC, Treasure Island YC, Coyote Point YC, BAMA

The Regatta is six (6) races with one throw out. The Regatta entry fee before 04/10/12 at 17:00 is $50.00 after that time the entry fee is $55.00. The single race entry fee is $15.00.

This series is governed by the 2009-2012 ISAF Racing Rules including the January 2010 amendment, the prescriptions of the USSA, and the Sailing Instructions of the Inter Club Racing Association.

The series is open to spinnaker and non-spinnaker monohull and multihull yachts of 20 feet LOA or greater. All monohull yachts (not racing in a one-design fleet e.g.C34) must have a NCPHRF certificate and all mulithull yachts must have a BAMA rating certificate. Scoring will be by the low point system with one throw-out for the series. Prizes will be awarded based on the number of entries in each class. Protests will be heard through mediation first. If the issue is still unresolved, a formal protest may be pursued.
