CRUISE OUTS

OYC has a very active cruise out schedule. Some of our favorite activities include:

• Cruise outs to other yacht clubs around the Bay and down the coast
• Anchor outs, including a unique progressive dinner boat-to-boat each year
• Dinghy cruise outs where we buzz around the Oakland estuary and meet up at a local restaurant
• An extended cruise out each summer to the Sacramento river delta
  

Cruising out is a great way to meet other yacht club members and expand your own range of destinations and set of skills. New boaters can take advantage of more experienced members to guide them to new harbors and learn new skills such as anchoring in currents.
